Louis is the technician on the tools and the operator behind the day-to-day at SafePulse. He has installed and serviced AEDs across more than a hundred Adelaide commercial properties, from corner cafés to multi-storey office buildings, retirement villages to construction sites.

If he writes about the SA AED Act, it is because he has worked through the compliance process for businesses across the state.
Louis co-founded SafePulse in late 2025 with the view that AED compliance should be straightforward, not stressful. He runs the technical and operational side of the business and is one of the directors.
