Shipping & returns.
The short version: free shipping on orders $150+, tracking with every order, and if something arrives faulty we’ll make it right. The detail is below.
Shipping
- Free shipping on orders of $150 or more, Australia-wide.
- Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate of $19.95, shown at checkout before you pay.
- We ship within Australia only.
- Orders are dispatched from Australian warehouses — no overseas shipping delays. Defibrillators typically arrive within 5–7 business days; smaller items can vary.
- You’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & refunds
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
Faulty or damaged items
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not working, contact us straight away — we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return freight. You won’t be out of pocket for a faulty product.
Change of mind
- We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened medical consumables (such as electrode pads and first aid kit contents) can’t be returned for change of mind.
- Return freight for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and the original shipping fee (where one applied) isn’t refundable.
- Depending on the product and supplier, change-of-mind returns may incur a restocking fee. If one applies, we’ll tell you the amount before you send anything back — no surprises.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method once the item is received and checked.
Warranty
Products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty (shown on each product page) in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights. If you have a warranty issue at any point, contact us and we’ll coordinate the claim with the manufacturer for you.
