Louis Trimper runs every install SafePulse delivers. As Director and lead technician, he’s the person on-site when a workplace gets fitted out — mounting cabinets, setting up signage, registering the unit with the SA Ambulance Service, and walking property managers through what they need to know.

SafePulse exists because of the South Australian Automated External Defibrillators (Public Access) Act 2022 — the first AED-specific legislation in Australia. From 1 January 2026, SA commercial buildings over 600 m² of publicly accessible area are expected to have an AED on site. Louis built SafePulse to make that obligation simple for property teams: one supplier, one quote, one point of contact for the whole lifecycle.

How SafePulse approaches AED installation

Every install follows publicly available SA Health guidance and industry best practice. We don’t interpret legislation — that’s a job for your WHS adviser or solicitor. What we do is supply TGA-approved AEDs, install them properly, register them, and keep them in good working order with six-monthly visits.
